WATTchya Gonna Do

Since his arrival into the NFL two years ago, Houston Texans' defensive end JJ Watt has made his mark on the on opposing quarterbacks. The former Wisconsin Badger and Pewaukee native has been one of the tougher autographs to come by in the Wisconsin area do to a busy schedule that entailed winning the 2012 NFL Defensive Player of the Year award. Customers have constantly been asking for anything Watt over the past year.

Finally we are happy to announce we were able to get a few jerseys signed at a recent private signing.  Each of our three locations has one framed Watt Texans jersey.  This is going to be one of the hottest products we've been able to get in over the past year and certainly won't last long.  If you are interested feel free to stop in or give one of the stores a call. If you are looking for smaller Watt items we just got in a few canvases featuring JJ in either Texans gear or Badgers gear.

2013 Packers Training Camp, Running Back Preview

The 2013 Green Bay Packers season is officially upon us. It seems like almost forever since the Packers got rolled over by Colin Kaepernick and the San Fransisco 49ers, but maybe thats just because that game left a bad taste in our mouths. Either way 2013 is a clean slate anything can happen.

Training camp is always one of the most fun times of the year, 2013's in particular.  The battles that will take place will leave a big mark on if the Packers can get the Lombardi Trophy back to Green Bay.

The running back battle is going to be one of the best the Packers have had in a long time and going to be one I keep my eyes glued to.  Dujuan Harris returns, along with SB XLV hero James Starks and last years starter Alex Green. These three have all shown flashes of success but none have been able to win the job and hold onto it due to injury and inconsistent play. The two rookies, Alabama's 2013 BCS MVP, Eddie Lacy and UCLA scat back Johnathan Franklin will also get into the mix and will shake up the competition in a big way.

In my eyes, if Lacy can grasp the playbook right away I think he emerges as the starter from day one. Lacy is powerful with great footwork and quickness, which will help in breaking tackles and get through the few holes the Packers offensive line will create.  If Lacy struggles to comprehend the playbook as quickly as necessary to become the starter, Harris will continue where he left off last year until Lacy is at full speed.

Franklin could be the difference maker for this Packers team.  No matter who gets the bulk of the carries, Franklin will likely be featured coming out of the backfield to benefit the Packers already  potent passing game. Franklin will fit in perfectly on 3rd downs and in two-back situations to keep the defense honest and cover the flats.

No matter who comes out the favorite, this will definitely be my favorite position battle at this point in training camp.

What's your favorite position battle going to be? Do you agree with me? Who do you want to see start at running back? Answer one of these questions and the most insightful answer will win a $15 gift certificate to use at any of our three stores.

In the meantime, check out the new items we just in got in from our recent Donald Driver signing at or stop into the stores to see some of these items framed.

Just in, Jean Segura Game-Used Batting Gloves

Milwaukee Brewers and 2013 NL All-Star shortstop Jean Segura just signed some game-used batting gloves he used throughout the season. Segura, in his second year in the bigs, has vaulted himself into one of the top of the shortstops in all of baseball.

With a .321 batting average, Segura is the first players in the majors to have at least 30 stolen bases and at least 10 home runs.  Without a doubt Jean is a superstar in the making looks to be the best shortstop the Brewers have had since MLB Hall of Famer Robin Yount.

These Segura signed game-used batting gloves are priced at $249.99 per pair and certainly will not last long! One gloves is signed, the other is inscribed GU(game-used) 2013, and both so significant usage.

Purchase these gloves at any of our three locations or call us today. Glove style and signature color will vary per store.
